Cancellation policy

Awesome Possum Kids Superheroes Brisbane understands that sometimes things don't go according to plan.

However from the time of your booking I commit myself exclusively and make myself available for your event booking and do not take any other bookings for that date and time. Please understand that should you have to cancel your booking, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
 

Event and kids party bookings cancellation fee charges are as followed:
 

Cancellation made within 30 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice.

Cancellation made within 7 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the invoice.
