Cancellation & Re Booking Policy

Awesome Possum Kids Superheroes Perth & Brisbane understands that things don't always go as planned.

However from the time of your booking Awesome Possum Kids commits and is exclusively available for your planned event.

Please understand that should you cancel or re book, some fees would apply.


What Happens When You Re Book a Different Date . . . 
 

A re booking fee of $99 applies, payable on the day of re booking.


What Happens if You Cancel a Booking . . . 
 

If cancelled within 30 days before the event:
Cancellation fee of $125 off the deposit is payable.

If cancelled within 14 days before the event:
Cancellation fee of $250 is payable. 

If cancelled within 7 days before the event:
Cancellation fee of $350 is payable for 60 min bookings 
and $390 for 80 min bookings.
